A bilingual French/English catalogue will be published to accompany this first major retrospective dedicated to Berthe Brincour. It is the first academic publication devoted entirely to her life and œuvre.

Drawing largely on works from the Brincour bequest held in the museum's collection, the catalogue brings together biographical, contextual, technical and material-based perspectives. It includes essays on Brincour's life and career, the artistic education available to women of her generation, a first contextualisation and analysis of her œuvre, her working methods and materials and a technical study of her works across different media.

More than an exhibition companion, it is a reference book and a long-overdue chapter in Luxembourg's art history.
