A vanished heritage
Originally the city's former main moat was turned into a residential boulevard; the villas were later converted into office space before giving way to several generations of administrative buildings. Why has the Boulevard Royal been so strongly affected by the transformations of Luxembourg City? How do the perception and protection of heritage evolve? This walk will try to answer these questions.
