Between the ceramic workshop Zens Frères in Echternach, Villeroy & Boch in Mettlach and Septfontaines, the Faïenceries Utzschneider & Jaunez in Wasserbillig and Sarreguemines, the Ehrang factory Lamberty, Servais & Co., and the Hasselt ceramic factory, it was not only artistic ideas that were exchanged. Staff — and with them their know-how — also moved between these companies around 1900. Dr. Bernd Röder and Ulrike Degen illuminate this fascinating story through concrete examples.
