From the Neolithic period to the dawn of modern times, the landscape of our regions has constantly evolved as a result of man's action on his natural environment - a process still known as “anthropisation”. The continuous enrichment of the flora under this influence is the subject of this lecture. The historian will trace the stages of “assisted migration”, from selection to the propagation of these useful and ornamental plants in our fields and gardens.

This talk will be in French.
